We hope you love all of your purchases, but we understand that sometimes things need to be exchanged or returned. We offer exchanges or returns for Store Credit if items are returned within 10 days of receiving your purchase. Items must be unused/unworn with tags still attached.
All sale/discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To request a return, login to your account, go to ACCOUNT > RETURNS and select the quantity of the item you would like to return along with the reason for returning. After submitting your request we will review your return and email you confirmation when your order has been exchanged/returned for store credit. Your Store Credit balance will be displayed on your account. To use it, simply place your order and you will be able to choose store credit as the payment method when it comes time to pay for your order. We currently only offer shipping to the United States at a flat rate of $4.99. If you live near one of our stores, select FREE "In Store Pick Up" at checkout to save on shipping and receive a discount coupon for your next purchase when you pick up your order!
